What a Board Advisor Does
A Board Advisor sits alongside your leadership team to provide independent strategic oversight, challenge and accountability for ecommerce performance, without taking on day-to-day operational responsibility for the function.
This is typically the right model for businesses that already have a capable ecommerce team and leadership in place, but want an experienced senior voice at Board level: someone who has built and grown an ecommerce business themselves, has worked across multiple sectors and stages of growth, and can bring an independent, commercially rigorous perspective to strategic decisions.

What I Bring
I bring a combination of perspectives few Board Advisors can offer: nine years running and growing my own ecommerce business as owner-operator, consulting rigour from my time at Accenture, and nearly a decade advising boards and leadership teams across a wide range of sectors and business sizes.
I understand both sides of the boardroom table: the pressure of being accountable for commercial outcomes, and the discipline required to challenge and support a team effectively from a position of independence. My role is to bring clarity, pattern recognition from other businesses and sectors, and a commercially rigorous, independent perspective to the decisions that matter most.
